New Kia Carens 2022: Admirable Design Released!

One of the most long-lived models of the Kia brand is ready to completely change its face: the Kia Carens 2022 will be immediately available in India, only later in Europe

More than three years have passed since the last appearance on the market of the Kia Carens : after four generations, the South Korean minivan seemed to have definitively ended its career … and instead it will soon return to the spotlight, as announced by the Seoul manufacturer through a video teaser and some sketches that you can also observe by browsing the photos in the gallery.

You see something different, right? You guessed it: the new Kia Carens 2022 will be profoundly updated and will abandon its multi-space shapes to embrace those of SUVs , centered on the latest “ Opposites United” stylistic trends already well appreciated on other models of the brand. At the front, for example, the new Full LED headlights are very thin and with an aggressive style, combined with a sculpted and muscular fender just like the ribs and side skirts on the sides, which give the whole car a decidedly imposing appearance.

The dimensions of the wheel arches (with relative plastic protection) are also important, while at the rear there is a continuous light signature that includes the headlights (always LED) , a small spoiler lip in the upper part of the rear window and a generous diffuser , obviously equipped with a specific chrome protection according to the “fashion” of modern SUVs.

Passing through the cockpit, the render published by Kia partially hides the real conformation of the dashboard, which should be composed of a double touchscreen for the virtual cockpit and for the infotainment (with a diagonal of at least 10.25 “) which, together, they limit the presence of many physicists for a driving experience that is as digital, technological and interconnected with the electronic devices that are used every day.

The new Kia Carens, in any case, should also offer plenty of space on board for its occupants, given the very high position of the roof with respect to the floor and the generous wheelbase which, on balance, will most likely also accommodate a third row of seats. For all the confirmations we just have to wait until next December 16, when it will be officially presented by the Seoul House. A note: this new SUV will be immediately available on the Indian market, while in Europe it will arrive at a later time …
